Blacksmithing (Smithing)[]

Blacksmithing skill is used to upgrade any piece of equipement from level 0 to 15 for gold. Each try costs gold and has a percentage of chances to succeed. If it fails the object is destroyed. The more you upgrade an object, the more it costs and the more difficult it becomes. Chances of success seems to be LUCK based, with bonuses from the Blacksmithing passive skill. Moreover a higher-level Blacksmithing skill allows you to never break an object below a given level. It also adds a chance not to break objects on failed tries.

The value of an object rises as you upgrade it.
